Shipping Policy
At Pip’s PupCakes and Treats, LLC, every order is freshly baked within 24–48 hours after we receive it, because your pet deserves nothing but the freshest, most wholesome treats! All of our products are made to order and completely free from preservatives, ensuring premium quality and taste in every bite.
We strive to go above and beyond with our shipping speed, while maintaining the integrity of our handcrafted goodies. Please allow 2–10 days after placing your order for items to ship. You’ll receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We ship via USPS and UPS with a flat rate of $5.00 on all standard orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Pip’s PupCakes and Treats, LLC, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every product we make. Your satisfaction—and your fur baby’s tail wags—mean everything to us!
Treats – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our preservative-free, freshly made-to-order products, all dog and cat treat sales are final.
We do NOT offer returns on treats.
However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your order, upon receipt, please contact us directly. We firmly stand behind our products and always strive to go above and beyond to ensure our customers (and their pets!) are happy with every purchase.
Exchanges – Non-Edible Products Only
If you have purchased something other than dog or cat treats, and it has been within 30 days of the original purchase, we offer an exchange for equal value.
To be eligible for an exchange:
